Each orange anodized gauge block is precision machined from solid 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum to SAAMI minimum chamber dimensions, with clearly marked cartridge holes for quick identification. Simply drop a loaded round into the checker—if it sits flush with the top surface, the round will chamber correctly.
