First Tactical's Tactix High-Vis Parka (model 128505) is designed to keep public safety professionals highly visible and protected in hazardous conditions. The bright, seam-sealed outer shell uses ANSI/ISEA-approved fabric with 3M Scotchlite trim to provide reflective visibility while remaining waterproof, breathable and wind repellent; it also resists bloodborne pathogens. A zip-out SoftShell long jacket liner adds a water- and wind-resistant exterior and a warm, soft brushed fleece interior for added comfort and insulation. The parka includes a triple-adjustment hood with rain gutter and removable hood stowage, zippered ventilation for temperature control, and a special underarm design to enhance freedom of movement.
