For example, the blades of these exceptional knives are made of X50CrMoV15 in full tang construction, which offers a well-balanced ratio of edge retention, rust resistance and good resharpening ability. Through the elaborate forging in Solingen handwork, the solid blade blank is additionally optimized in the structure, then hardened to about 58 HRC and finally provided with a fine satin finish. The ergonomically shaped handles are extremely comfortable to hold and complete the harmonious overall picture.
