Pachmayr Decelerator grips are engineered to reduce recoil and improve accuracy, control, and overall shooting enjoyment. After years of research Pachmayr developed a breakthrough rubber material that is 50% softer than a regular grip, combined with finger grooves and recoil-absorbing air cushions along the backstrap to control recoil from powerful revolvers. Pachmayr products are designed and manufactured in the USA and are known for quality and recoil reduction innovation. Note: by design these grips have an opening on the bottom and there may be some flashing on an edge that can be trimmed. The tension of the main spring should not be modified or adjusted, and care should be taken not to overtighten the grip screw.
