The Rapid Response RB8688 family is a field-proven waterproof soft-toe work and tactical boot built for modern first responders, law enforcement officers and military professionals. Common features across the line include a waterproof leather and ballistic nylon upper, moisture-wicking nylon mesh with a waterproof membrane lining, and a lace-up closure with side zipper for quick entry. Comfort technologies include a Foot Force F2A removable polyurethane cushion footbed, an EVA cushion midsole and an embedded shock-eliminator heel cushion. The boot offers a 6" shaft height, a textured/mountain trail rubber outsole for traction, electrical hazard protection and an airport-friendly design. These features combine to provide durable, comfortable protection in demanding work and tactical environments.
