The Galco Great Alaskan shoulder holster system is a premium steerhide chest-type holster designed for crossdraw torso carry of large-framed revolvers and autos. The holster component is fully lined with smooth leather, and the harness is made of durable premium steerhide that pivots at the holster attachment points for added comfort. The 2" shoulder width distributes weight effectively and a Fastex-style buckle enables quick donning and removal. The system includes a retention strap with a polymer release tab and will accept an optional carrier for spare cartridges or a magazine (sold separately), making it ideal for hunting, fishing, camping or hiking in bear country.
