The Safariland Model 6005 tactical holster is built for comfort, durability, and secure weapon retention. It features the Self Locking System (SLS) rotating hood which can only be released by being simultaneously pushed down and rotated forward, and becomes more secure when upward force is applied, making it far less likely to release accidentally than conventional thumb break snaps. The rugged STX Tactical finish protects the gun against scrapes, scratches, and dents while the molded sight track and soft SafariSuede/SafariLaminate construction protect sights and handgun finish. A double leg strap and leg shroud paired with a quick-release detachable leg harness provide stable, comfortable carry. Thermal-molded SAFARILAMINATE construction and suede-lined interior add protection and longevity. Designed to fit Smith & Wesson M&P models.
