Pelican Medium Case Series — the 1460 Mobile Tool Chest provides rugged protection for tools and sensitive equipment. Made in USA and designed to military specifications, the case is dustproof and water-resistant (IP66) with a watertight silicone O-ring lid seal and an automatic purge/pressure equalization valve. The top lid opens to 180 degrees for on-the-field stability; easy open double-throw latches and padlock protectors add security. The chest includes two customizable trays with adjustable and removable dividers (Top tray 17.65 x 8.2 x 2.4"; Bottom tray 17.3 x 8.0 x 2.3") and a spacious interior (18.54" x 9.92" x 10.92") within an exterior of 20.85" x 12.73" x 12.75". Constructed with a polypropylene body, polyurethane foam, EXL latches, ABS purge body, polymer lid O-ring, 3 micron hydrophobic nonwoven PET purge vent, stainless steel pins and hardware, and a 70 shore nitrile purge O-ring.
