The MAXPEDITION Tehama Backpack is a MOLLE-compatible, CCW-enabled tactical pack designed for durable, organized carry. Each pack includes a removable sheet frame equipped with a user-shapeable aluminum stay and a semi-rigid flexible internal frame system that can be removed to reduce weight. The Tehama departs from previous packs with molded tooth zippers made from individually injected, self-lubricating elements for long-term, low-maintenance use. Expandable bungee bottle holders on both sides accommodate hydration or other long/narrow objects, while curved padded shoulder straps and removable, adjustable sternum and waist straps provide comfort and stability. The exterior includes MOLLE webbing and large loop areas for patches, and multiple internal pockets offer organization; the outer material is durable nylon. The pack is described as a companion to the smaller Lassen Backpack, with increased capacity provided by a loop-lined middle compartment.
